Our Services use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as your last-used view on the Events calendar), and understand how the portal is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to log in or use certain features.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted administrative privileges. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal and academic information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain permanent academic records as required by university policy and applicable regulations, even after you graduate or otherwise leave BUBT.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Google Maps for campus locations, or payment gateways). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy
